BKK Condo Realtor is a condominium rental agency focused on Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area and the BTS/MRT corridor. We help prospective tenants find condominiums for rent and introduce them to landlords and property owners. We facilitate introductions and viewings; we are not a party to the rental agreement itself.

Property details, prices, availability and images are provided for general information and may change without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and current, we do not warrant that any information is complete or error-free. Please confirm all details with us before making a decision.
3. Rental agreements
Any rental or lease agreement is entered into directly between the tenant and the landlord or property owner. We are not responsible for the terms, performance, condition of the property, or the conduct of either party. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the suitability of any property and the terms of any agreement before signing.
4. Fees
Where applicable, any fees or commissions will be disclosed to you before you engage our services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard tenant introduction service is provided at no cost to the tenant.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us, to use the website lawfully, and not to misuse, copy, scrape or disrupt the website or its content.
6. Intellectual property
